Discovery Call
Once you have completed the Briefing Form and we have fully digested everything you had to say, one of our Digital Strategists will give you a buzz!
This chat typically takes about 15-20 minutes and we get to know you and your business even better, understand more about what you want to achieve from your digital presence, answer any of your questions and explain the next step in our process – a Web Strategy Workshop where together we craft a custom digital plan for success!
Web Strategy Workshop
At this point in the process, we take a deep dive into your business and formulate what results you foresee from your customised digital solution. We want you to paint the picture of success for us!
There will be a lot of questions coming your way during this session and you will learn a lot, but the Web Strategy Workshop is the most important step in our process. We get a great understanding of your business and how we can best partner with you. As they say, success and strategy go hand in hand.
During this session, we get to know who you are, what you do and how you do it on a more granular level. Yes, we get right into the nitty gritty.
We need to understand your product and service ecosystem, uncover your unique selling propositions, who your ideal clients are, and analyse and understand your competition.
What are they doing that’s working? What are the gaps and opportunities in the market where we can get you to shine!
We work through the site structure and architecture, understand what functionality and integrations are necessary and get a clear picture of exactly what services you will need from our team of experts to execute the strategy.
This is where we really start to build your customised burger and which ingredients you need. Copywriting done for you, anyone?
This is a one and a half hour session so we advise locking yourself in a quiet room with no distractions, as well as a coffee and some snacks on hand! The output of this dedicated time is a fully customised digital strategy for your business. That to us, is priceless.
Present Customised Digital Solution
Once we have gone away and formulated the ideal digital solution for you and your business and put it on paper (or should we say slide deck), we will show you exactly what this looks like during a 1 hour catch up.
Pete will walk you through similar case studies, show you the proposed site structure, explain the vision and direction with example websites, and give you an estimated timeline for delivery (yes, you can start counting down the sleeps!) and the investment required for you to achieve digital dominance.
Client Induction
This is where the rubber hits the road and we officially start
your project!
During your client induction, you will be introduced to the rest of the team, taken through housekeeping items and dive further into the process of actually creating a new website to share your magic with the world!
At this point, our Project Managers will take the wheel and will be your main point of contact from here until launch. But don’t stress! Peter will still be right by your side for friendly check-ins and any extra support you might need.
