Project & Client Management
Customer service, project management, client communications, website training, systems & processes
UX / UI Design
Responsive website design principles, understanding scalable design system, client review feedback, exporting design assets for development
WordPress Development
Full stack development, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, integrations, custom coding
SEO & PPC
Keyword research, onsite & offsite optimisation, copywriting, technical website audits, conversion optimisation, backlinking strategies
The program structure & what you’ll be doing
- Week 1: Welcome & Onboarding
- Week 2: Shadow day in all teams
- Week 3 - 6: Mentoring & training in chosen team
- Week 7 - 9: Working on your internship project
- Week 10 - 11: Present & refine your internship project
- Week 12: Mock interviews & recommendations
Your Opportunity
- 2 full days a week for 12 weeks
- 100% participation and commitment to the program
- BYO laptop (Apple preferable)
- An open mind, strong work ethic & initiative to make the best of the opportunity
- Exposure to agency life
- 100% immersion in team activities, client work and company initiatives (you’re part of the team)
- Hands on experience in all teams (you’ll develop a good cross section in all areas of digital marketing)
- Mentorship & training in your chosen team (find your passion and double down)
- Opportunity to work on a project to learn, use and refine skills required for a career in the industry
- A recommendation letter at the end of the program*
- 2 full days a week for 12 weeks
