Can you train me on how to use the website?
As part of all our project deliveries, you will be fully training on how to use WordPress. The end result is you will feel very comfortable in the driver’s seat. We can remain in your life through a support capacity assisting with any issues or challenges moving forward.
Can you integrate with tools such as Blackbaud?
We sure can! We can integrate with fundraising software such as Blackbaud (previously known as etapestry) to ensure that donation forms & shops can feed through to your WordPress website.
Do you have ongoing support options once my website goes live?
We have a “done for you” called the WordPress Care Package as we know you have better things to do with your time. With our website maintenance plan we keep the WordPress core and all WordPress plugins up to date and secure. This includes unlimited small fixes. All you need to do is submit your job, one at a time via our help-desk and we solve your WordPress website problems long into the future.
