Hand Heart Pocket is an independent charity and philanthropic foundation established by the Freemasons of Queensland, with a history of helping the community for more than 115 years. The foundation partners with other charities and philanthropists to create positive change for people in need in Queensland and Papua New Guinea, particularly young people.
At a local level, Hand Heart Pocket also supports Freemason Lodges to assist people in need and their local communities. The Members' deep connections to their local communities mean they know exactly which local initiatives to support. Together, they help to bring the purpose – to partner for change for people in need – to life in communities across Queensland and Papua New Guinea.
Five by Five acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of this land. We pay respect to their Elders past, present and emerging for their wisdom, teaching and cultural knowledge and extend that respect to other Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
